Kanoon

Kanoon teaches practical language skills through live small-group classes. They arrived with teachers, students and spreadsheets — and left with a platform.

Challenge

Scheduling, payments, materials and communication lived in five disconnected tools. Growth meant chaos: every ten new students added hours of manual admin work.

Approach

This was a full Pixi engagement. Strategy first: we mapped the operation and cut the tool count from five to one. Then brand, then a custom web platform handling classes, materials and payments, then launch content — photography, explainer animation and a social kit for enrollment season.

Outcome

Admin hours per student dropped to nearly zero, and Kanoon doubled its class capacity in the following two terms without hiring operations staff.
