Verda came to us as a formula and a founder — no name, no identity, no audience. We built the brand from zero and ran its content engine through the first year.
Challenge
The skincare market is saturated with identical minimalist brands. Verda needed to feel premium without disappearing into the beige crowd, on a launch budget, in under four months.
Approach
We developed the name, a botanical-modern identity, packaging and a content system designed for repeatability: monthly studio photography, short-form video templates and a social calendar the founder could sustain with a tiny team.
Outcome
Verda sold out its first production run in six weeks. The content system still runs today with the same structure we set up on day one.
